Teamwork, perseverance and trial and error are all crucial in a young person's development. Our After School Clubs aim to help develop these skills using teambuilding games.
Young people took it in turns to navigate the string course blindfolded. Listening to their peers trying to get to the end without touching the string.
Working as a team on shared goals is imperative to achieving the best outcomes possible.

We started off with paper mache ready to make some spooky Halloween basket.
Followed by some team works games.
Some of our Y Stay In club members met with Gemma from We Great Ladies and Sue from Fusion last night. They are tasked with commissioning artists as part of Fusion's and Barnsley's Cultural Education Partnership's Festival of Joy for Barnsley. It's wonderful and imperative that young people are consulted on matters that involve them.
